Who are the scholarships for?
Our scholarships are for everyone. Students of all ages, economic backgrounds, race and academic abilities.
What kind of awards are in the Imagine Scholarships system?
While we mostly offer scholarships to our students and schools, we also have an abundant listing of current internships.
Are there any advantages of being an early adopter?
Yes! Early adopters of our system are given full access to internships in addition to scholarships.
How does the Imagine Scholarships System work with our school logistically?
We offer a group of codes and each student is given a unique code that allows them access into the system. Many schools choose to use a student’s ID # as their access code into the system, allowing the school to easily keep track of the students progress.
How do we let students know about this resource and what is the “take rate?”
We have an “onboarding package” that gives step by step instructions on how to best introduce the system to students, staff and parents. Our onboarding package includes personalized communication with our team, email templates, social media resources, incentives and other valuable tools to help you get Imagine Scholarships up and running quickly and efficiently. In our experience, universities have seen a “take rate” of 25% in the first 2 weeks.
What resources are available during the transition to Imagine Scholarships?
We provide up to 8 zoom webinars helping students and faculty become familiarized with the system and all of its advantages.
How do students get questions answered when needed?
Our system has a chat bot that is answered many hours of each day. Our team is personable and eager to help. When we are not available, the student can leave their email and we will get back in touch with them quickly.
What makes Imagine Scholarships unique?
Our system was built with two purposes in mind, you and the student. We wanted this to be a win for you and a win for the student. When the student is successful finding scholarships, it will benefit the school in many ways including a lower discount rate.

How can we best utilize Imagine Scholarships to get a return on our investment?
It is important to us that you not only recoup your investment with us but that you thrive when it comes to retaining your current students. Our first goal is to help you retain your current students. We consider this “low hanging fruit.” It is much easier and cost effective to retain your current students than recruit new ones. Our second goal is to help you recruit new students. Many schools are using our application with deposited incoming students. Our system is often the incentive that encourages a student to choose a potential school, knowing the school is proactive in helping them fund their educational goals.
How much does Imagine Scholarships cost?
We’ve priced Imagine Scholarships very competitively to help the university help themselves and their students. Our pricing is based on a monthly fee per student. We have several packages to choose from. We won’t let cost be the limiting factor when it comes to helping students and universities.
Does Imagine Scholarship Offer a Branded Site?
Yes! This is one of the things that sets us apart from our competition. We offer a fully branded site, complimenting your existing site and brand.
What upgrades are available ?
We have several options to choose from when choosing Imagine Scholarships for your educational institution. Branded site, internships, communication package and other options are available.
How can we keep students motivated in the process?
This is our secret sauce. In addition to scholarships, internships and organized system, we offer constant connection and encouragement. This gives the student motivation and confidence as they continue to apply to scholarships. We give them updated tools to be successful in the process. We also have our staff eager to communicate and answer any questions we can at any time of day.
What do we do if we have IT trouble with the system?
Contact us as soon as possible. We have a team of developers ready to help.
How many students can the system handle?
We host our system on AWS ( amazon web services) and our server capacity increases automatically with the amount of students we have. We can handle as many students as you have and more.
How often are the scholarships and internships updated?
We have a team of researchers updating daily.
Why do some scholarship say “varies” instead of having a date?
This is a great question! This is actually good news! When we find a scholarships that is renewable, meaning you can apply for the same scholarship several years in a row, then we don’t want you to miss it so we put a date of “varies.” We do the same for scholarships that are offered several times throughout the year or on an ongoing basis.
